The desire to be happy lies within us. It is one driving element, governing our actions. We all are looking for something...this 'something' seems as the only remedy of our problem.
Each one of us has one distinct problem at a given point in time and our problem when compared to the others looks the biggest, the worst one.
Since we all have something in 'pending' status. Our happiness is always 'on the way' and we are in anxious state all our life.
True that there are these few occasions when we do touch the 'happy' stage. Our supersonic brain lets us be in this joyous state only for a little duration - for our thoughts are quickly overpowered by yet another desire. The cycle strikes back-Desire turns into a problem which turns into our anxiety....
Making our pursuit to happiness - endless.

This cycle can be broken and there are people who have mastered this art. The real gurus/the masters/the pandits know the art of 'mind control’. Meditation is a way to attain this skill.
If you get this power - you find a way to regulate your emotion. You can make yourself believe that you truly have all the reasons to be happy. A person in cheerful state is closest to God - near the ultimate source of positive energy.

If one realizes all this , one becomes a viewer of happening things
which automatically detaches a little from the scene ...that way one's
decisions are more wise , dutiful and balanced . Being spritual is
more beneficial than being religious though every religion teaches us
sprituality only . We are unhappy because we always look for what we
do'nt have rather than what we posses . Writing after feeling from
depth is effective ...writing is a skill.
